During our interview process, we will use a behavioral interview style process, so candidates should be able to
differentiate themselves and be prepared to show their experiences. In these interviews, applicants will be doing
80% of the talking, answering questions with specific examples. For us, it’s about an applicant’s ability to be
prepared and even more importantly, to be authentic. These interviews will also allow you to get to know us and ask

In order to effectively serve our members’ financial needs, employees must practice financial responsibility
in their own lives. We only hire candidates who have a satisfactory credit history and can advise members in a
manner that is in keeping with their own financial practices. Screenings for background, reference and drug tests
are also conducted.
