What to Expect at Truity

Applying for a role at Truity is more than submitting a resume—it’s a chance to share your story. For some roles, you’ll see short videos that give you a feel for the position and its day-to-day work. Our application includes a mix of video and written responses, giving you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, what excites you about Truity, what you value, and what drew you to us. Please complete every section of the application; only fully completed applications will be considered.

If your application is a good fit, we may contact you for a first interview, in-person or via Zoom. If selected, you'll have a follow-up interview with our recruiting team and department managers, where you'll answer questions about your experience. Our behavioral interviews focus on your experiences, with you doing most of the talking. This is also your chance to learn more about us. We follow up with all applicants, so check your inbox (and spam folder) for updates.

If selected, we’ll extend a conditional offer and begin the pre-employment process, which typically takes about a week. The sooner you can complete your steps, the sooner we can move forward together. To maintain high standards in serving our members, candidates will need to demonstrate financial responsibility through a satisfactory credit history, and background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings will be conducted.
