I started on the teller line in 2016 and quickly knew this is where I wanted my career to be. I was still fairly new to Bartlesville, and through my front-line position, I was able to build confidence and connections with people in the community. In 2017 I was promoted to a Member Consultant in the Contact Center. There, I was able to build a wealth of knowledge and work closely with multiple departments in the organization.
In 2019, I landed a promotion as a Recruiter and then Coordinator, which I had deemed early on as my dream job at Truity. It was very fulfilling to help identify and find placement for high-potential employees. Fast forward to 2023, I have been promoted to Assistant Manager of our People Development Department, where I now know my true passion lies!
What I like about working at Truity is the support I feel from management and my coworkers. I enjoy working with genuine people who inspire each other to succeed. Throughout my journey at Truity, I have always felt like my work mattered, I matter, people matter!
