Chantel Gray, Assistant Manager, People Development Learning Team
During my first five years with Truity, I was the Corporate Trainer. I created multiple front-line training curriculums and facilitated the training. When I became a Lead Trainer for one year, I worked closely with the other trainer on the team, created training for multiple facets of Truity, and facilitated the training. I was the People Development Training Coordinator for 2.5 years. During this time, I took on creating and facilitating training for our Next Level Leaders and added coaching responsibilities — my current role as the Assistant Manager, People Development Learning Team. In addition to creating and facilitating training and coaching, I am a dean for the Cornerstone Leadership Academy.
Working at Truity has been a joy! I’ve never worked at a place that fosters personal and professional growth as much as Truity does. I’ve been pushed to leave my comfort zone and help others do the same. I believe that my work has a purpose and is a service to others.
We are a diverse group of people working in different departments and doing various jobs that have come together as a community to provide our members and each other the best service we can. We enjoy spending time together and encouraging one another daily. It takes a village to run an organization like Truity, and I am blessed to be a part of it.
