My professional journey started right here at Truity. I was first hired as a teller at our Washington South branch. From that experience, my eyes were opened to the broad spectrum of career opportunities at Truity, as well as in banking as a whole. I gained a lot of experience as a teller and eventually was promoted to a non-lender member consultant, which brought me to Johnstone. After a year and a half working in member services, I was promoted again to the Credit Resolutions department. In Credit Resolutions, I was given the opportunity to grow professionally and equip myself with the tools necessary to become a leader. Last year, I was promoted to the ITM Coordinator. From here, I plan to continue my growth and help build this department as we implement this new technology and continue to improve service to our members.

I was inspired to apply to Truity by family and friends who either currently work or had worked for Truity before. I heard so many wonderful things about the organization that I had to experience it for myself.

My favorite aspect of Truity's culture is the effort we put into developing our employees. There is so much opportunity here to grow personally and professionally.
