Truity Credit Union Selected As an Oklahoma Certified Healthy Business
What an honor to receive the Certified Healthy Business Certification once again this year!
Truity Credit Union is proud to support our employees and their families in their wellness efforts. We were able to add programs this last year such as our Walk at Work Day where we flooded downtown with walking teams and we even added a program to purchase wearable fitness devices for our employees. As has been the case for several years, we were pleased to continue with some of our employee favored programs such as our wellness reimbursement program, allowing employees to receive a $600 stipend to join a gym, participate in 5ks, or even attend healthy living programs such as Weight Watchers. As we became a smoke-free campus this year, at all of our locations, we were able to reinforce our commitment to employees’ healthy lifestyles, as we continued to offer smoking cessation free of charge. We enjoy living one of our core principles of treating employees as our primary resource and look forward to continuing that tradition this upcoming year.
